Galas & Fundraisers

There are two components of event production for most galas and fundraisers – AV & Creative. AV (Audio / Visual) covers all of the infrastructure of your event. Projectors & screens, microphones & speakers, etc. Your event is important. You want to make sure every presenter can be seen and heard. Every PowerPoint is bright and clear even from the back of the room. Whether you’re an experienced event producer or this is your first time organizing an event, our project managers will work with you every step of the way to make sure your production runs smoothly and worry free.

Creative Event Production

On the creative side, we can help bring your vision for your Gala & Fundraiser to life. Event Lighting is an easy way to transform a whole room or simply add accent decor elements thru out the entire venue space. Branding is always important when it comes to corporate events and our digital gobo projection is the best way to make sure your logo or message is displayed perfectly.
