Jeremy – After attending university for Communications and Theatrical Lighting Design, Jeremy put his talents to work in the special event industry including DJing Weddings & Clubs, Radio, Event Lighting, Graphic & Video Design, Music Promotions & Production and more.  Jeremy has been a wedding DJ for over 10 years and knows weddings inside and out.  Outside of work Jeremy has been involved with coaching Special Olympics and supporting his little brother’s endeavors in the National Kidney Transplant games.

Alicia – After years and years in Hospitality and Real Estate, Alicia realized that it was time to work with her husband and help create memorable experiences for every bride and groom with whom they work. Now, this is her passion. “Being creative is so much more fun than spending all day in an office. I Love what I do now!” Alicia also loves all college sports… especially Gator football. Go Gators!

Terri Crain, COO – Joining Karma in 2018 after a diverse career spanning many industries and non-profit leadership, Terri brings a spirit of adventure and a calm leadership style that fits well with the Karma culture.  Nicknamed “Julie the Cruise Director” for her passion to coordinate company parties. Terri enjoys travel, hiking and just about anything that includes activity and adventure.  On her days off she can be found on any back trail of Northern Arizona.

Felix Allen, Project Manager – Felix joined the Karma team back in the early days and in an indispensable member of the team.  In his spare time, Felix is an indie filmmaker, screenwriter, director, editor and collector of movie memorabilia with a focus on cars. In 2003, he created a production company called Immix Films, which became IMMIX Motion Pictures. He attended film school at the Film School at SCC and the USC School of Cinematic Arts.

Chad Lawrence, Creative Director– Chad has worked in the event industry for the past 14 years, working for numerous DJs before starting at Karma 5 years ago. Chad’s main focus is lighting, both for events and in the film industry, where he has worked on over 200 film projects In the past 5 years. Chad is one of the 2006 Time magazine people of the year and has won awards for his films at the Los Angeles Film Festival and Paris International Film Festival.
