Outdoor event lighting can be tricky when balancing the power issues and decor aesthetics. For the decor element, we provided battery operated LED uplights in teal and amber. Uplights were also used in the domed pavillions for extra lighting over the bars.
For functional and safety lighting, we provided 4 dimmable area wash lights on 14′ tall stands. This provided a nice soft glow to fit the ambiance and yet make sure all of the guests could see as they walked around. Additionally we provided background dinner music via 6 speakers. Some speakers were wirelessly connected due to the large event area for 900 people. Outdoor Event Lighting is very crucial for decor and safety.
