Spectacular Indian Wedding Lighting at The Phoenician. This fabulous Indian Wedding we did at The Phoenician was a lot of fun for us and the families. We brought our creative team to host some fun non-traditional games. There were so many cool details and ideas for your event – check them out!
ESCORT TABLE IDEA! We created a custom graphic for their escort table. Since both of the couples live in New York now, they wanted an image of a New York City billboard to go along with their Taxi themed escort card table. The Bride wrote the poem on the billboard image. The only direction we got from the couple was “New York City Billboard”. We also added some design embellishments and their wedding monogram to look like a moon over the city. This graphic was displayed on a 50” inch TV on pipe & base that elevated the TV 7’ high.
FAMILY FEUD GAME!
The Bride’s family put together a fun family feud game using Powerpoint to play during the performances and speeches that detailed the Bride’s “Favorite Things” It was very entertaining.
PROJECTION SCREENS!
Monogram, Social Media Feed, Same Day Edit, and Club Visuals – These are great ideas for your projection screens after your photomontage is done. Don’t let them sit empty. Fill them up with fun!
The big beautiful projection screens were provided by in house AV but we ran all of the content displayed on it which started out with their wedding monogram as guests entered. Then a social media live feed of Instagram and Twitter photos and videos during dinner. The videographer, No Box Films, played their same day edit video of the ceremony and previous festivities. We love their Same-Day edits since they do such amazing work. The video looks great and the editing will make you laugh and cry! We continued the Social Media feed throughout the night as guests kept adding to the presentation by tagging their photos and video with the wedding hashtag. Later in the night, we spiced things up with some beat responsive visuals that incorporated their wedding monogram.
DRY ICE EFFECT – Dancing on the Cloud
The Bride surprised her fiance with a Dry Ice, Dancing on Clouds effect during their first dance. This is always a huge wow for guests and looks gorgeous on photo and video. We don’t have video from the first dance yet but we do have some video from later in the night when we did this effect for the last dance. We usually will do it several times throughout the night during the dancing so the guests can enjoy this cool effect too!
